UNHEARD VOICES: HAUNTED FILES a short "duologue" that the incredible, multi-Emmy Award-winning playwright Judy Tate and I co-wrote, will be performed on Saturday, September 26, 2015 as part of the Asian/Pacific/American Institute's Two-Day NYC Conference: America and Its Unfit: Eugenics Then and Now. The piece explores the meeting between a eugenicist social worker and a Black/Chinese orphan, and was taken from the files of the Eugenics Society, circa 1920. Antu Yacob and Stina Nielsen play the two roles. UNHEARD VOICES: HAUNTED FILES was developed under the auspices of The American Slavery Project and premiered in March, 2015 as part of an exhibit on Eugenics created by the Asian/Pacific/American Institute at NYU.

FAMILY SHOTS was awarded Dayton's 2014/2015 Best New Play award for its premiere at The Human Race Theatre. The short-live online version of ONE LIFE TO LIVE, for which I was script editor and writer, was just nominated for a number of Daytime Emmys including Best Daytime Drama;  One of the two episodes submitted to the nominating committee for consideration was written by me. Though production has ceased, our first (and last) online season can be viewed in its entirety on Hulu.com.

A very cool online magazine: CitizenBrooklyn has just published a short story I wrote called Sam's Confusing Day. It's about a NYC dog... and it kinda-sorta actually happened.
